Having a house for the price of an apartment... It is possible!
Perfect for a small family, a couple or a single person, this great mobile home will certainly charm you with its many advantages! In a quiet and nice neighborhood of Beauport and close to everything (grocery store, pharmacy, public transportation, etc.), this house also has 2 bedrooms and one office, as well as an open space living room and a kitchen with a diner room. The large lot is fenced while mature trees provide great privacy, the shed provides ample extra storage space and the spacious balcony, accessible from the courtyard and patio door, is convenient and pleasant in the summer (while the propane fireplace in the living room is a nice asset during the winter!). The yard and the largest windows of the house (living room, dining room and master bedroom) are located to the southwest, which provides bright daylight throughout the day.
Several renovations and improvements during the last years:
- Roof redone in 2019;
