There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and walk-in closet in bedroom #1. The basement is finished in full comprising a family room, 2 bedrooms, laundry room and a bathroom with a ceramic shower. Fully furnished.

Large windows on the 1st floor with mountain views and balcony to enjoy this extraordinary view. We can enjoy the enchanting site and this on all seasons.

Open living area on the upper floor therefore, more brightness with its large windows and patio door and its view of Mont Sainte-Anne as well as its ski slopes. In winter there is a large slide and an ice rink maintained by the city of Beaupré and in summer there is a small game module, swing and picnic area.

You can take advantage of a bus shuttle that passes at 20 mintes to Mont Saint-Anne, Ski-in Ski-out.
