Bungalow-style single-family home located in a quiet area bordered by nature and municipal parks. Intimate and fenced yard equipped with an inground pool, a large concrete terrace, and two patios. It has a double asphalt entrance at the front, a large shed on the side, and a long cedar hedge at the back. The door and the entrance hall are new and the roof was renovated in 2021.
The living areas on the ground floor are open plan while the dining room is located in a lighted turret. The bathroom was renovated last year and now has a freestanding bath, an open ceramic shower, and new suspended cabinets.
The first bedroom is spacious and has two windows while the adjacent office is perfect for playing or working.
The basement is large and was designed to accommodate a home theater. This "loft" style space can very well be transformed into a bedroom, a festive bar, or a relaxation lounge. The large basement bedroom has its own bathroom/water room, 2 wardrobes, and a large turret-shaped walk-in closet.
Our home has only housed one family since it was built in 2002 and has been maintained with care and love. Boischatel is a city full of natural scenery, peaceful and magnificent. The municipal facilities are numerous and of high quality and our neighborhood is clean and quiet. All these 15 minutes from the city center.
