Spacious house with four bedrooms upstairs and an indoor garage, close to all services, 5 minutes from the Lebourgneuf district, close to Highway 73 (Laurentian) in the Charlesbourg sector (exit 150). It is located on Doucet Avenue, very close to a bike path, an elementary school, a high school and the Cégep de Limoilou in Charlesbourg. Public transit is within walks to routes 230, 239, 284 during peak hours and regular routes 3, 72 and 801. 

In addition, this house has a basement housing of 3 1/2 rooms that is currently rented  635$ per month heated and lit. It could easily become bigenerational, as there is interior access via the garage. Photos have been added.
