If you want to live in a condo but need space and a good quality of life! That's what we live here;  However, new projects are taking us elsewhere.

  • Large condo of 1,850 square feet spread over two floors.
  • Ground floor (hardwood) and finished basement (Floating floor)
  • Three bedrooms +office/boudoir with acces to the terrasse
  • Large open plan living room on the ground floor with wood fireplace.             
  • Air conditioning with heat pump (2018-07) (transferable guarantee 10 years).                                                       
  • N.B. Very enlightened. All rooms have their window.
  • Lots of storage space.                                                                           
  • The entrance closet is 6'11" x 3' 1"                                                     
  • The wardrobes of rooms 1-2 and office/lounge have 2 shelves each and lit.                 
  • N.B. The dimensions of the rooms do not include wardrobes
  • Bathroom with hot tub on the ground floor. Bathroom with shower in basement.
  • The rear terrace of 16' x 16' is on the ground floor. It is private and covered by the upper patio; it is south-west oriented and very private, thanks to a 16' hedge.
  • Security unit, because 4 different accesses for the unit and 2 secure entries for the building.                                 
  • Tranquility is assured as it has excellent soundproofing.
