If you want to live in a condo but need space and a good quality of life! That's what we live here; Unfortunately, the health problems worsening, it makes us realize that we must reorient ourselves elsewhere!

- Large condo of 1,850 square feet spread over two floors.
    Ground floor (hardwood) and finished basement (Floating floor)
- Four bedrooms, large open plan living room on the ground floor with wood fireplace.              
- Air conditioning with heat pump (2018-07) (transferable guarantee 10 years).                                                        - N.B. Very enlightened. All rooms have their window.
- Lots of storage space.                                                                                                                                        - The entrance closet is 6'11" x 3' 1"                                                                                                                - The wardrobes of rooms 1-2-3 have 2 shelves each and lit.                                                                            - N.B. The dimensions of the rooms do not include wardrobes
- Bathroom with hot tub on the ground floor. Bathroom with shower in basement.
- The rear terrace is ground level. It is private and covered by the upper patio;
   It is south-west oriented and very private, thanks to a 16' hedge.
-  Security unit, because 4 different accesses for the unit and 2 secure entries for the building.                                  - Tranquility is assured as it has excellent soundproofing.
- The main entrance of the building has a winter shelter for pedestrians.Snow removal and summer maintenance           are contracted.
- The front balcony (6' x 10 ½') also serves as an entrance and is attached to our parking spaces.
- Several elements have been updated.
- 3 basement windows are new (2019-03) (20 years transferable warranty), they have 2 moving shutters that open         either by sliding or swinging.
- Quiet area, with little transit traffic. The majority of services and usual amenities are 5 minutes away.
- The large wooded park of the Montagne des Roches is a 10-minute walk.
- The common expenses have been adjusted to ensure the contingency fund.
