Do you like nature and the urban environment? This chance is for you! Large 4 1/2,on the ground floor,
2 parking spaces, inground/heated pool, park, land and cheaper than housing!!

Urban environmentwith remarkablelandscaping,inground and heated swimming pool (85C)with chair,parkand sidewalk to walk. There are 2 snow-cleared parking lots, early in the morning. You also have a large balcony at the height of the plot, so it gives access to a beautiful large grassy area . You can also make your own garden. The sun plumbs on your balcony in the afternoon and in the evening.

The occupants of the building have been staying at 860 for a long time and are friendly , discreet and family . The building is soundproofed and concrete: (exterior, floors and all around the condo) then very well soundproofed. There is a place for bicycles and ample space in the building for storage with private shelves.

The windows and floors have recently been new. The kitchen countertops are ceramic and thebacksplash are ceramic, glass and slate, both freshly renovated. The bathroom joints have just been redone. The condo is clean and it is well maintained .

With regard to the building, there is a health pool and maintenance has always been done as and when it comes to life. The balconies are new and the pool is newly renovated and painted. The building and the common areas are always clean .
