Available quickly. Superb 3 ½ condo with office, very well maintained at the beautiful Domaine de la Faune. Indoor heated parking lot. Household electrical appliances included. A peaceful and enchanting site with privileged access to the Golf de la Faune. Limited traffic area and quick access to Highway 73 and the Faune Terminal via the secure barrier. Spa and relaxation center, Restaurant Le Dijon, and Hotel Hilton DoubleTree Quebec next door.

From its large balcony and from the dining room, a splendid view of the Parc du Moulin with an area of 9 hectares within walking distance. 5 minutes from all services and less than 20 minutes from Old Quebec, Lac-Beauport, and Stoneham.

The soundproofing of the condo is remarkable. The construction and maintenance of the building as well as the land are of superior quality. The rooms are spacious and bright.
