Our 2 storey house, free from June 1st with possibility for May 14, is very functional and offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining room and open concept living room in addition to the basement:
It is in a very quiet area, but close to all services (schools, shops and grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, public transport including express for Ste-Foy and the university as well as downtown Quebec, etc.) Downtown Québec is also reached by car via the motorway in 10 minutes.
There is a large backyard to relax which is surrounded by a superb hedge of cedar so intimate and completely isolated from neighbors. The patio with awning and transparent curtains allows you to enjoy the outdoors longer.
The entrance is asphalt and allows 3 parking spaces. It is possible to park a large motorized vehicle (with 2 cars) and a 30 ampere outdoor power outlet is functional for VR.
There are several interior design options including the use of one or two bedrooms as an office as well as the family room.
The basement is really well appointed and practical with a large cold room and cedar wardrobe (walk-in style), in addition to a family room, bedroom and workshop.

Elle est dans un quartier très tranquille, mais près de tous les services (écoles, commerces divers et épiceries, restaurants, pharmacies, transport en commun dont express pour Ste-Foy et l'université ainsi que pour le centre-ville de Québec, etc.) On rejoint aussi le centre-ville de Québec en voiture via l'autoroute en 10 minutes.
Il y a une grande cour arrière pour se détendre qui est entourée d'une superbe haie de cèdres donc intime et complètement isolée des voisins. Le patio avec auvent et rideaux transparents vous permet de profiter de l'extérieur plus longtemps.
L'entrée est asphaltée et permet 3 espaces de stationnement. Il est possible d'y stationner un grand véhicule motorisé (avec 2 voitures) et une prise de courant extérieure de 30 ampères est fonctionnelle pour le VR.
Il y a plusieurs possibilités d'aménagement intérieur incluant l'utilisation d'une ou deux chambres comme bureau ainsi que la salle familiale.
Le sous-sol est vraiment bien aménagé et pratique avec notamment une grande chambre froide et un garde-robe de cèdre (style walk-in), en plus d'une salle familiale, d'une chambre et d'un atelier.
