Amazing turnkey property! A must see!

Very beautiful cottage with large double garage (heated and furnished), heated semi-inground swimming pool (new cover since Sept 2019), 100% fenced (white frost fence 2018) and landscaped (patio, shed), through-the-wall air conditioner, heat exchanger, wood fireplace, built-in lights throughout the house, large kitchen with lots of storage, two-entryway closets, lots of storage in the house, great finished basement with pool table and brick bar counter (renovated in 2014), central vacuum, alarm system, beautiful natural light throughout the house, excellent natural ventilation when the windows are open, lots of electrical outlets both indoors and outdoors. Very well maintained house (maintenance contract for heating and ventilation as well as for the maintenance of the pool, lawn and snow removal) and very clean (no indoor smokers).

Excellent discreet neighbors, quiet area and close to everything!
