Newly renovated 4 season chalet with view on the St-Lauwrence river, 2 minutes walk from the shore for long hike on the shore.

The chalet is located on a lot with almost 10,000 square feet with private entrance, away from the main road and close neighbors, so very peaceful place. The land is landscaped with two flower beds, mature trees including a plum tree and a hedge that borders the path for privacy.

Several renovations since 2011 both indoors and outdoors:
