Wooded land in a residential area very peaceful and good to live there. Located on the south side of the island in Saint-John (Jean) the Îles Orleans of an assured privacy!

Partial panoramic view in summer and full in winter over the river and at the mouth of the Lafleur River. Approved plan and permit of construction if interested. Archeological and geological study are done. Small cottage/ shed on site. Ideally wonderful site to install mobile home during construction and or/ for your leisure. Great for dogs and other animals. Infinite possibilities for landscaping.

Leisure, cultural, and sporting interests ....? Great ! This place offer just that at any season. Great investment without  regret.
