Superb industrial style loft, built in a former cold storage warehouse, located in St-Pierre de l'Île d'Orléans.

Enjoy all the advantages of a recent construction (2014) combined with the properties of the warehouse (superior insulation and soundproofing). The warehouse structure is all concrete, with slabs on floors and ceilings more than 2 feet thick, with cork in the middle, which provides superior insulation and soundproofing to standard constructions. In addition, the floor is radiant throughout the loft, which makes it extremely comfortable.

The loft is 1155 square feet and includes many extras compared to the standard model condo of the project (on which the municipal assessment is based).

- Double glass shower

- Concrete counter in the bathroom

- 12 foot island making the kitchen very functional

- Stainless kitchen backsplash and wood wall covering the entire kitchen and dining room (added in 2017)

The ceilings are 12 feet high, which adds to the charm of the loft. Also included in the sale:
