Very nice townhouse condominium well located at the foot of the slopes of Le Relais ski station. Peaceful area and dead-end street. Available on May 1st.

Come see by yourself that this house is one of the best located of the condominium! Very bright end unit and one of the best located for skiers. A few meters from the main access to the ski center, you will remove your skis at the foot of the back door (independent entrance giving access to the basement)!

2 very bright bedrooms upstairs and a large bedroom in the basement. Three bathrooms including one with bath on the floor and a shower in the basement. Possibility to install washer dryer on the floor (bunk) for the basement (side by side). The connections are ready in both places.

Flawless hardwood floors on both upper levels. Superb central fireplace that gives a lot of cachet. Lots of storage upstairs.

The house is fully finished on 3 floors (including the basement). Quality basement finished by professionals. Large family room in the basement.
