Upscale Condo built as town-house right in the beginning of Lac-Beauport! In a small street, right on the ski mountain Le Relais. No neighbor on the back to the house! Exceptional view of the mountains on the front and woods on the back!

Bathrooms freshly renovated (2010). Spigots all new it the second floor bathroom. All plumbing fixtures are new in the house! Ceramic shower. Every windows are new since 2009 and are triple glasses. Very comfortable and no need to heat a lot the house. Roof new since 2009 and patio done in 2008 (no need to ever work on it again!) Front gallery freshly paint and nothing to do for at least 5 years. All inside paint done recently with neutral and modern look.

Second floor : 3 rooms and bathroom

First floor : Living room + dining room + kitchen + water-room and portico
