House located in the beautiful town of Lac-Delage on a vast plot of 45,000 sq.ft with a large wooded area at the back. Although the environment is peaceful, it is only seven minutes from the highway and 20 minutes from downtown Quebec City. Ideal place for telecommuting!

De plus, elle est située près d'un accès privé au lac où s'y trouvent des supports pour les embarcations. Les sentiers de vélo de montagne du E47 sont à un km. Le centre de ski de Stoneham est à moins de 10 minutes et les Marais du Nord sont accessibles à moins de 5 minutes (on peut s'y rendre en marchant).
La maison comporte 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée (dont une qui pourrait être utilisée comme bureau/chambre de bébé), 3 au sous-sol et beaucoup de rangement. Du salon, la vue est panoramique et l'essentiel de la propriété est entourée d'arbres.
