A golden opportunity to enjoy a large, very sunny house with a large lot, a swimming pool and benefit from a significant income with the rent in the basement. The current occupant is a pearl, quiet and reliable.
The main floor is very bright with the open plan living space and access to the huge outdoor terrace. The 3 bedrooms are located near the bathroom above the other bedrooms in the basement (rent), which ensures great tranquility.
All in a Canadian house located very close to the school, public transportation and facilities. It is a very quiet area, because there is only local traffic. The Apprenti-Sage school is also accessible on foot.
