Superb condo 3 1/2 rooms, large, one bedroom, 2nd floor, very quiet building with lift, low condo fees, in the heart of Lebourgneuf 5 minutes from everything.

Opposite the park escarpments, sector selection and peaceful, within walking trails and bike paths, walking distance to all amenities such as Wallmart, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, dentist , medical clinic, and Galeries de la Capitale. Express city bus to downtown Québec city and Ste-Foy, Metrobus 803. The building is very clean and well maintained and has an excellent management of condominium and it is in very good financial health. The roof was redone in 2012, and carpets corridors have also been changed. The lobby has just been redone. The condo is located on the 2nd floor. Floating floors and ceramic fan, air exchanger. Large bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower. Closed space for washer-dryer in the bathroom. Kitchen with lots of storage. Master bedroom with walk-in. The price of the condo includes in addition an outdoor parking with plug and a storage space in the basement. Several amenities in the building including, reception room, fitness room, for the storage of car tires and bicycles. Outdoor inground heated pool.
