My condo is part of a complex of 5 buildings calledLes Manoirs du Plateau. These are beautiful 3 storey buildings with exterior stone siding. I live in the corner of Girandole and Des Gradins; it was built in 2006. Due to the situation of my condo and the building, I have depth of view through all the windows and patio doors: morning magnificent sunrises and evening of Quebec City all in light!

* My condo is equipped with a heating and air conditioning system with independent control. In winter, the natural gas fireplace heats the air and a ventilation system pushes it into all rooms through the ducts installed in the ceilings; everything turns off automatically when the desired temperature is reached. Particular advantage: in manual mode, the fireplace operates without electricity so that there is a place to take refuge during a breakdown. In summer, the air conditioner takes over and the fan scatters fresh air throughout the rooms. It is an efficient, economical system that requires only periodic change of the air filter, as with a standard forced air furnace. Interesting advantage.
