Large 1250 sq. ft. condo. Very bright with panoramic views of the river and the Laurentians. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one adjoining the master bedroom. 22 ft balcony. X 8 ft. with ceramic coating. Major renovations in 2015: kitchen, flooring, light fixtures, etc.
Waste chute on each floor. 2 new elevators (July 2019). Ventilation and roof in 2019. Alarm system connected to the central in each condo unit (very secure).
