Quartier Montcalm, large condo located a block away from Cartier Street and the Plains of Abraham renovated in 2022 and 2023: kitchen, bathroom and hardwood floor renovation. Very nice neighborhood life with all services and shops nearby. Lots of light in each room and no neighbors above (top floor of a triplex).

Three bedrooms (including a smaller one that can also be used as an office), 9-foot ceilings, and lots of storage space. Sunny courtyard with landscaping to share with the other co-owners (south-facing courtyard). Front balcony for the condo only (big enough for a small table and chairs) and nice storage space in the basement.

Premium maple hardwood floors were redone in 2023 in the living room and the two master bedrooms, while the other wood floors were redone in 2019. Bathroom and kitchen renovated in 2022 with recessed lights. New windows in 2019. Very well maintained building, including renovation of the agricultural drain and roof in 2009.

Parking with a sticker is easy and usually possible on the street just in front of the house. Condo fees ($339 per month) include heating, hot water, building insurance, regular maintenance, and a contingency fund. BBQ allowed (even on the front balcony).
