Owners’ comments
Spacious 6 1/2 at the top floor (3rd). 8 min walk from Cartier, the Abraham's Plain. Grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, restaurants, school, and bus stop (800, 801, 807, etc.) within close walking distance.
High ceilings (9 ft). Brick wall from the original construction in the living room and the dining room. French sliding doors separate the boudoir, living room and dining room which ables for big open spaces in that area.
The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated recently. Private parking space at the back of the building is included with direct access to the condo from behind the building.
Basement with closed locker, workshop and lots of storage area.
Front balcony facing Rene-Levesque. Back balcony giving access to the backyard.
Very quiet neighborhood with the rooms facing the private backyard. The building is very well maintained and has good backup funds.
