Owners’ comments
Turnkey condo renovated on two levels (mezzanine). Lots of charm, with brick walls, skylights and cathedral ceiling. Several architectural elements of the original church have been preserved.
The kitchen and the bathroom were completely renovated in 2020. Several other improvements in the electrical system and finishing touches. The condo is located on the 5th and last floor of the building (with elevator). Great tranquility.
The building (Les Alcôves du Palais) is a set of sixty condo units built in 1989 in the former church of Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix, located between the Saint-Roch district and the Old Port of Quebec.
