Beautiful and welcoming home in downtown Quebec. It has charm, warmth and comfort. Everything is done on foot and the main roads are easily accessible. It is a haven of peace that was the subject of a report in a decorative review.
A single-family home in an area that counts very few. This is an area where children go to school on foot. A few steps from the St-Charles River Linear Parkbike path, Parliament Hill and the various attractions of Quebec City.

Magnifique et accueillante maison au centre-ville de Québec. Elle possède charme, chaleur et confort. Tout se fait à pied et les principaux axes routiers sont facilement accessibles. C'est un havre de paix ayant fait l'objet d'un reportage dans une revue de décoration.
Une maison unifamiliale dans un quartier qui en compte très peu. C'est un secteur où les enfants vont à l'école à pied. À quelques pas de la piste cyclable du parc linéaire de la rivière St-Charles, de la colline parlementaire et des différents attraits de la ville de Québec.

Trois chambres dont l'une nous sert actuellement de salle télé. C'est dans la chambre des maîtres qu'on retrouve le module d'air climatisé qui peut rafraîchir l'ensemble de l'étage. Chacune des chambres possède un garde-robe et la chambre des maîtres en compte deux.
Deux espaces bureau dont l'un est muni d'une très grande armoire (IKÉA) pour plus de rangement.
Extérieur
Grande cour intime complètement réaménagée par Les artisans du paysage. Le terrassement a été fait à l'automne 2020 et la plantation se fera au début juin 2021 (plan disponible sur demande). Vous y trouverez un grand espace pour les repas, un coin pour y faire des feux ainsi qu'un bassin d'eau. Une remise complète l'espace. L'accès à la cour se fait par la maison, mais aussi par une porte latérale donnant sur la rue, facilitant ainsi le remisage des vélos.
De l'étage, vous avez accès à une charmante terrasse intime. Idéal pour attraper les derniers rayons de soleil lors des 5 à 7.
