Nice family home located on one of the main arteries of the upper town of Quebec. Halfway between downtown Quebec City and downtown Sainte-Foy. Four bedrooms on the top floor, and most of the basement is finished and can serve, for example, as a playroom for children. This basement was refurbished in the 2000s.

The plot is deep to the rear and there is private parking at the front.

The house will need painting work in some places. The floor of the living/dining room and the floor of the kitchen need maintenance. The windows are functional, but may need to be replaced in the short to medium term. The bathroom was renovated in January 2019.
