Everything is designed to make everyday life easier for the family, the storage space for bicycles on the ground floor, the covered parking space so you don't have to clear snow from the car, the central vacuum, the air conditioning for hot summer days and of course the bread and croissants on foot! Saint-Vallier Street with all its shops is at the end of the street, the Saint-Roch district, the famous Saint-Joseph Street and the Saint-Charles River are a few minutes away, this ensures a good quality of life as a family.

It is an urban and modern concept on several levels with a huge private roof terrace. The urban vegetable garden, the view of the Laurentians and the most beautiful sunsets, also ideal for 5 to 7 and dinners outside. The bedroom on the ground floor has a superb mezzanine, which leaves all the space in the room available for an office or a games room.
