The look is sleek. The ceilings upstairs are 10 feet high.

The unit includes a garage that communicates directly with the apartment. The garage has been finished and includes a small workshop.

The open area which is on the ground floor can easily be closed off to obtain a 3rd bedroom, as the original plans were made for this.

The building is built on two adjacent lots and the condominium consists of only two units. Two condominiums are contiguous for a total of 4 units for the entire building.

The area is very peaceful, the backyard is a common space for private use and has several mature trees. Three terraces are accessible.

The house is 150m from rue Maguire, all the main services are within walking distance.
