SHE HAS EVERYTHING!!! Completely renovated inside and out, VIEW of the river and the south shore, garage AND carport, located in a magnificent upscale sector of the Sillery heritage site, in the roundabout of a dead end street. It's a real TURNKEY! The renovations were carried out in 2022, by recognized construction contractors, according to high quality standards (see the list of the many works carried out below).
The house benefits from more than 2800 ft2 of living space on the 3 floors. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are located upstairs in addition to an office on the ground floor, 3 full bathrooms and a powder room.
