Surrounded by nature in Cap-Rouge/Québec,   20 minutes from Old Québec. Extremely well-services with  IGA, Métro, drugstore, restaurants, schools, etc. Walking distance to séminaire St-François and Cégep Notre=Dame de Foy and daycare center. Peaceful living indoors and out in a safe and natural environment.

A flood-lit terrace and spacious open-living area separate a master bedroom suite at one end and two other rooms (bedroom, den, bathroom, and office) on the opposite end for maximum privacy. Nine-foot ceiling, floor to ceiling windows with three patio doors and a very large balcony,  The main living area with its open kitchen, dining, and living area are perfect for entertaining.  Impressive forty-five feet of wall to wall windows.
