Very nice condo at l'Etoile, located on Grande-Allée between Turnbull and Claire-Fontaine streets. A stone's throw from the Plains of Abraham, in the center of Parliament Hill for activities, restaurants, and very close to Cartier Street.

The Étoile project is of great architectural quality and is administered with care.

On the 5th floor, two bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and a small office. Large balcony 32 feet in length with alcove totaling 239 square feet. Two patio doors leading onto the covered terrace. You can eat outside and be sheltered from the rain! Low angle view of the gardens from the indoor garage terrace, level 100.

Air conditioning, wood floors, ceramic in the bathroom and kitchen.

The total areas are net. Refer to the drawing for the total dimensions. The area of the terrace and balcony are extra and together total 239 square feet.

Access to a gym. and indoor pool with a large private outdoor terrace. Access to 2 lounges which can be reserved for private activities. Storage for bicycles and car wash.
