Adorable 6 and a half room condo unit, very bright, very well divided and a splendid view of Lower Quebec City from the balcony and a view of the Parc de l'Amérique Française in front. Very quiet pleasant to live. Cachet provided by French doors, moldings and panoramic windows. Same owner for 30 years, that says it all!
A parking space is attached to the condo unit. Metrobus lines and future tramway stops within a very short distance. The tram line is planned to be underground in front of the condo.
