Magnificent single storey house for sale with no rear neighbor, completely renovated up to date.
The kitchen with quartz countertops and these modern cabinets in addition to the extension with the lunch counter at the back will be able to accommodate family and dinner with friends.

The upstairs bathroom has just been renovated with a walk-in shower and quality ceramic up to the ceiling. The living room is warm with a standard wood fireplace and the sun comes in through the huge window in the morning.
The three upstairs bedrooms are brightly lit by the new windows and all have hardwood floors. Bedroom area isolated by a door.

In the basement, large office with integrated furniture, ideal for two people working remotely. The family living room gives the possibility of two additional bedrooms or to isolate the teenagers! The closed laundry room with cedar closet and quality cabinet to store the huge cans of Costco soap. Place and electrical outlet for a freezer

The house has an air exchanger in addition to forced air heating and a heat pump. These systems are all well integrated in a single control. No humidity and both bathrooms have fans.

Outside, double asphalt and interblock driveway. Attached and insulated garage for one car. At the rear, facing west, large patio on technopiles including a section with roof.
