The House of Happiness is officially for sale!

Small house in a quiet area where it is good to live. It's the countryside near the city! No neighbours on the left side and no neighbours in the back. The neighborhood is very pleasant by the way. When the sun is present, it dominates the house from morning to night.

Moreover, we are lucky to see the sunsets on Mont Bélair which is on the north side.

The birds sing every morning and in the evening, you can hear the song of frogs coming from the artificial lake that is at an angle.

Ideal house if you have animals, because being away from the main road, there is less risk if they go in the path at the front, as few people drive there. The nice neighborhood allowed us to take beautiful walks on their land, you can probably go ask them for permission as well. There are magnificent trails at the end of the land on the south side.

The house is turnkey and there is nothing in particular to do except for general maintenance.

In addition, the backyard is perfect for entertaining family and friends, having a good BBQ and ending the evening with a fire.

We love living in this house and we love the area. There is no doubt that you will like it!

We bought the house in 2017 without legal warranty, so we are selling it without legal warranty as well.
