The balcony overlooks a common courtyard, little traffic and which isolates us from the noises of the city. Bathroom renovated in 2016, no further renovations to be planned, air conditioning, blinds and dishwasher included. Added a radiant heating convectair wall mounted air conditioner in 2017.
