Beautiful turnkey condo, completely renovated in 2017 with lots of storage space. Place of choice, 50 m from a Brunet, a SAQ, an IGA co-op and 4 restaurants. Possibility to take possession quickly.

It is located on the 1st floor, 4 feet above ground, on the west side, which is more intimate than on the street.

The building is very well managed and includes an outdoor swimming pool (for the 2 buildings of the condominium), an indoor parking space, an elevator and a storage unit in the basement per building.

The kitchen is made of soft white acrylux (Simard Kitchen 2017) and includes many cabinets. The dining room includes a beautiful chandelier with a black base and a dimmer switch.

The same Torlys floor (recommended) is installed throughout the condo providing an effect of grandeur and continuity, except in the bathroom. The frames, woodwork, wall sockets, dimmers and smart thermostats have all been replaced and are the same throughout the condo.

The show has two Ouellet brand convectors and a 12,000 Btu Toshiba Carrier heat pump (2018).

The bathroom includes a shower with glass doors and a grey ceramic heated floor that keeps the room warm in the cold seasons.

All fixtures are of excellent quality and provide a pleasant, soft and sufficient light, most with dimmer.
