The 1815 is a luxurious condo functionally located in the hub of the development of Québec City, in the Complexe Jules-Dallaire, 2818 Boulevard Laurier.
 
It offers fabulous sceneries that keep changing with the seasons on the St. Lawrence River, the City and the mountains. Moreover, its north east orientation provides a calming ambient luminosity and energy savings.
 
With 9 foot ceilings, the condo has 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, 1 complete bathroom, 1 half bathroom,  a large open area : living room, dining room, kitchen ; laundry room and a patio. There is a one storage room on the same floor.
 
The inside parking is secured with fence and door, and the parking space is well located in the garage where there is a washing space, bikes rack and a litter for dogs. There is another storage room in the garage for the condo.

At the 28th floor, there is a swimming pool, a training room, 3 larges lounges, one with a gaz heath and a kitchen, a reading room, a pool room,  2 large patios, one with BBQ. The Condo has dedicated secured elevators.
