Condo with open floor plan situated on the 2nd floor (therefore all the neighbors heat it partially in the winter) on a very quiet street with a park, small forest and municipal swimming pool at the back. Windows to the North and South, big balcony to the South.

A lot of luminosity in the bedroom.

Fully functional chimney (works with wood, not gas).

Indoor parking space in the heated garage.

The co-ownership syndicate manages well the property and the contingency reserve of the co-ownership is high.

All the measures are approximative, the living room, bedroom, and bathroom have irregular measures.
