Easy access, 2 km west of the bridges. a short walk from Jacques Cartier Beach and 20 minutes of cycling on a bike path for Old Quebec. Also, only a 15-minute bus ride to the university or a 10-minute walk to a primary school depending on where you went in life.
You will quickly understand that this condo is very well located.
Renovated to 100%, bathroom, floor, doors, lighting. Kitchen reconfigured and having large storage drawers. Cellar space provided in the kitchen.
