Easy access, 2 km west of the bridges. a short walk from Jacques Cartier Beach and 20 minutes of cycling on a bike path for Old Quebec. Also, only a 15-minute bus ride to the university or a 10-minute walk to a primary school depending on where you went in life.

You will quickly understand that this condo is very well located.

Renovated to 100%, bathroom, floor, doors, lighting. Kitchen reconfigured and having large storage drawers. Cellar space provided in the kitchen.

Very well soundproofed, the concrete floor between floors.

Balcony facing south, so sunny side all day, overlooking the bridges and the river (in winter). In summer, the magnificent leafy trees hide the river and in autumn these same leaves offer you a magnificent array of colors
