Renovated in 2020. 200 meters away from Place Laurier. Quiet, hidden by the trees in front of the patio door. The woods on the other side of the street will make you forget that you are so close to all services!
This condo has great lighting and the kitchen area is opened towards the dining and living, ensuring a cozy living area. The triple patio door opens on a 20' balcony.
