Beautiful condo, in a sought after neighborhood, in Ste-Foy decorated by a professional. This condo has to be seen to really appreciate its unique loft style. Great view of the Laurentian Mountains.
This is a two-storey condo and is very well soundproofed. The first floor of the condo is an open space area where you will find the kitchen, the living room, a retractable bed and another complete bath room.

On the second floor, you find a mezzanine with a room big enough to fit a King size bed and a very good size bathroom with a glass shower and a bath.
