Nice condo located on the third (3) floor of a building of three (3) floors of six (6) condos close to all services; well-located condo with tranquility assured in a ' U ' street with beautiful trees and close to a bus stop.
Several improvements in recent years (kitchen and renovated bathroom, painting, framing of walls and ceilings, doors), as well as the water heater, replaced in May 2019.
