Very beautiful, lovely panoramic view, clean condominium and very well located in Québec city.

Magnificent view on the Laurier boulevard and the commercial centres of purchases. Located on the 5th floor.

Best price for a 5 and a half appartment.

Very fenestrated and very sunny all day long.

All the windows and the patio door have been recently changed. The terrace of the building and the ground have been new landscaped too.

5 minutes walk from the shopping malls, hospital, private medical clinics, grocer's shops, drugstores, day care, primary and secondary schools, Cégeps (Colleges of general and vocational education), university, restaurants, hotels, bus and train stations.

Situated in one minute by both bridges Laporte and Québec and highways, 20, 40 and 73.

Heated interior garage and locker.

Terrace on the roof with beautiful panoramic view.

There is a big flowery garden.

Elevator, secure access door to the building and there is a waste chute on each floor.   

Water Heater changed, in January 2018.

The building is verry well maintained and clean. Excellent building management.
