Excellent condo with a privileged view of the sunset.  Renovations from last year: paint, bedroom floors and powder room floors.  Renovations this year: porcelain floor in the kitchen and in the bathroom, bathroom cabinet, powder room cabinet, complete washer and dryer cleaning, new kitchen with new range hood, wallpaper in bedrooms, all light fixtures (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room), intelligent digital electrical (switches, thermostats and opening of the front door with remote control), water leak detection system in the unit, new electric baseboard heaters. Indoor parking near the door (well located). Well-maintained building with indoor pool and gym.
