This beautiful family home has been entirely renovated from roof to basement within the last 15 years. A new foundation was laid and all water services (house-to-street waste water, rainwater evacuation and main water plumbing) were updated. Interior main plumbing and drain piping were replaced, along with a 200-amp electrical panel and all the wiring, service boxes, switches, light fixtures, and plugs.
