Twin house (24'x30') . Backyard facing south. Large patio. Fire place (inside)  The back neighbour is not visible (about 20' below the yard.) Pleasant neighbourhood.

4 rooms on the second floor. 2 medium and 2 large. This is rare on this type or model of construction.

Lots  of greenery in summertime. The wall separating the  2 units is made  of cement blocks up to the top of the building. Soundproof.  Close access to La Plage Jacques-Cartier on the St-Laurence River.
