The townhouse is close to everything in the nice Campanile area in Ste-Foy, the bus 11/7/13, no transfer is needed to reach Rochebelle high school, hospitals, Laval university, Revenue Québec or the center of Quebec City. 

Reduced electricity heating, thanks to the house that has a very good insulation status, and the fact that the house is in the middle of two attached neighbors. 

The furniture will be sold at a very good negotiable price. 

The neighbors behind the patio are far from the house. A very good team manages the townhouse and the co-ownership is regrouped by 18 units, with an only condo fee of 190$ per month, including the services of removing snow, grass, and an amazing heated swimming pool. We live in an environment of friendship, peacefulness, homogeneity, and safety. 

The house is now rent till June 2021, For the potential buyer, it is timing to invest the house with income.
