Grand terrain près de la petite chapelle avec une vue imprenable sur une partie de la vallée de la Jacques Cartier, situé hors du règlement pour le bassin versant de la st charles de M. Labeaume 63 000 pi2 dans un des plus beaux secteurs de Tewkesbury.
Grand plateau à l'arrière et a l'avant pour y construire la maison, un garage
et peut-être plus. Une visite vous convaincra!
Principalement bois de merisier et érable ( bois de chauffage/bois franc ).
À noter que le terrain a une forme irrégulière du côté droit et une dérogation mineure a été obtenue pour la construction. Pour les amants de la nature et de sports il y a une patinoire a deux minutes,randonnée a pieds ou en raquettes en montagne derrière la future maison, du rafting et randonnée a cheval a trois minutes, un terrain de golf a 10 minutes et le centre de ski a 15 minutes.
