Built in (2012) our condo is less than a kilometer from schools and very close to the Henri 4 highway so quick access to the main arteries of the city. Established near all services; 2 grocery stores, 3 pharmacies and several restaurants, the residential area is new and very peaceful to live. Three parks nearby and recent water play features.

We are on the top floor, so no neighbors above. Includes a central vacuum system and a large locker in the basement. The large balcony 8 'x 8' is ideal for enjoying the sun and BBQ.
