Large open living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that capture magnificent sunsets. A large balcony of almost 500 s.f. wraps around the corner offering a 270-degree view of the west side of the city, the Saint-Charles River and the Laurentian mountains. The kitchen is open to the living/dining area and features quartz countertops.
