The building is immaculate and is the subject of exemplary monitoring by all of the co-owners. Common costs cover exterior maintenance, winter snow removal, and various recurring maintenance work. A calm and very friendly living environment. Storage for bicycles and firewood. Private interior shed in the basement of the building. Parking with zone 11 sticker (annual fee of $80). Public parking nearby.
