Unique, contemporary townhouse (semi-detached), upscale built in 2012. It is located in the area of Cap Blanc close to the steps of Cape Blanc leading to the Plains of Abraham and 700 meters from the Petit Champlain district, where there are many restaurants and tourist attractions. The interior is uncluttered in shades of white, turquoise and lime green, no retouching to do.
With a 21' x 10' high fenestration on all three levels, you have a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River and Brown Park. The main room on level 2, comprising the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, is very large and bright.
